Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your delivery address.
During busy periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal services. Below are general estimates based on regions:
United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
Australia: 10–20 business days
Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete information may cause delays or order cancellations.
If our system detects a potential address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within that timeframe, your order may be cancelled.

While Theiodora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and such incidents are not covered under our refund policy, we’ll do everything we can to help you resolve the situation. In certain cases, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
If the courier confirms your package as lost, we recommend filing a police report to support your claim.
