Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already entered the processing or fulfillment stage, and changes may no longer be possible.

For cancellations made within the 24-hour window, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition. A product is considered damaged if it arrives broken or defective — minor cosmetic imperfections to packaging (such as dented boxes) are not considered damage if the product itself remains intact.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at theiodora.contact@gmail.com and include:

  • A clear photo of the damage

  • Your order number

We will review your case and, if eligible, send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for products damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ensure all orders are shipped and delivered promptly. However, Theiodora is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

For delivery issues such as lost or delayed packages, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they leave our fulfillment center.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee corrections, resends, or refunds for the order.
